Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services

Traffic64 SEO provides professional digital marketing services, including search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, link building, and related consulting. These services are time-based, involve significant strategic input, and are delivered progressively rather than as a one-off product. Fees are paid for services rendered and work performed, not for guaranteed outcomes. Because SEO results depend on many external factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, market conditions, and competitor activity, refunds are not offered based on performance outcomes.

2. General Policy

Due to the time, expertise, and resources invested in each campaign, all payments made to Traffic64 SEO are non-refundable once the service has commenced. Services include, but are not limited to:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Content Marketing
  • Link Building
  • Technical SEO Audits
  • Keyword Research and Strategy
  • Google Ads and PPC Management
  • Social Media Marketing
These services involve dedicated manpower, consulting, strategy, and digital deliverables, and refunds are governed by the terms below.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you made a duplicate payment in error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
Service Not Delivered: If services are not delivered as agreed in the contract or service agreement, you may be entitled to a refund of the undelivered portion of your payment.
Project Not Started: If you cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid in advance, less any non-recoverable setup costs and payment processing fees.
All eligible refunds are subject to review and approval by our management team.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Once Work Has Started: Once any work has commenced, including research, campaign setup, strategy development, content creation, or technical implementation, the project becomes non-refundable.
- After Deliverables Are Provided: If monthly reports have been delivered, consultations conducted, or milestones completed, such payment is non-refundable.
- Client-Caused Delays: If delays are caused by the client, such as lack of communication, failure to provide necessary access, approvals, or content, no refunds will be issued.
- Unsatisfactory Results: SEO is a long-term process and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or outcomes. Dissatisfaction with results, where agreed work has been performed and delivered, is not grounds for a refund.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided where a client changes their mind after work has started, internal priorities shift, or expectations evolve after onboarding.
- Billed Services: No refunds for partial months of service already rendered or any work completed during the service period.

5. Cancellation of Monthly Services

Our monthly services operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time by giving 7 days' written notice.
During the Notice Period: We will continue to perform the agreed work, and you remain responsible for payment of work performed and any costs committed on your behalf.
After Cancellation: No further invoices will be generated after cancellation. However, payments already made for completed months will not be refunded.
Unused Portion: If your paid period extends beyond the notice period, the unused portion may be eligible for a refund under Section 3.

6. Cancellation of Project-Based Work

For fixed-scope projects (e.g., SEO audits, website development, content packages), you may cancel by written notice at any time. On cancellation:
  • You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, charged at the rates set out in your agreement.
  • You are responsible for any non-recoverable costs we have already committed on your behalf, such as software licenses, stock assets, or third-party services.
  • If the project is canceled before any work has begun, fees may be refunded at our discretion.
Where a project is partially completed, fulfilment is assessed based on work delivered to date. Any remaining balance may still be payable depending on the stage of progress.

7. Third-Party Costs

Traffic64 SEO is not responsible for refunding any third-party charges, including:
  • Paid ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), once spent or committed, this money cannot be recovered.
  • Software subscriptions or premium plugin fees.
  • Domain or hosting costs.
If we hold an unspent advertising budget on your behalf at the time of cancellation, we will refund the unspent amount after deducting any applicable management fees and processing fees.

8. Termination by Traffic64 SEO

We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if:
  • Required access is not provided
  • Collaboration becomes unworkable
  • Payment terms are not met
  • Expectations are fundamentally misaligned
In such cases, work delivered up to the termination date is considered fulfilled. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and any outstanding invoices remain payable.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a client files a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving services, Traffic64 SEO reserves the right to submit evidence, including but not limited to:
  • Signed agreement or proposal
